Grove uses data sub-processors to help us provide our services.

These sub-processors may process data that you provide to Grove on Grove’s behalf, including personal information. This page provides further information about the identity, role and location of each sub-processor we use.

We have divided our sub-processors into two categories, based on our role in enlisting the sub-processor. Grove has either:

  • Been contracted by a controller (our customers) to process customer data on our customers’ behalf in the course of providing services to them, and we have enlisted sub-processors to help us provide those services (‘Grove as a processor’); or
  • Contracted a sub-processor to process data on our behalf that we have collected, i.e., where we are the controller of the data: (‘Grove as a controller’).

Grove has Data Processing Agreements with these sub-processors.
