Sometimes you may need to end rent tracking. You are able to do this at any time.

Right now we can only manually stop rent tracking, but the friendly team at Grove are happy to help you with this.

To stop tracking rent for a property

  1. Contact support from the Grove mobile app

  2. Let us know that you'd like to stop tracking rent for a property

  3. Provide the name of the property you want to stop tracking rent for, and the date you would like it to stop.

When you finish tracking rent for a property, it will move into an archived state which will be accessible as long as you keep your Grove account.

Remind your tenants to change their payment details

If you're not going to use Grove for tracking rent anymore, but are still expecting to receive payents for this property - you will need to get your tenants to change their payment details.

If a tenant continues to pay into your Grove account after rent tracking has been disabled, the payment will be rejected and returned to the sender.
