Sometimes you may need to change banks. Whether you've remortgaged, consolidated accounts, or simply wanted a change - Grove has you covered.
You are able to change the bank account where you receive your Grove payouts, with no disruption or changes for your tenants.
At this point in time we can only do manual payout account changes, but the friendly team at Grove are happy to help you with this.
To change your payout account:
- Contact support from the Grove mobile app
- Let us know you'd like to change your payout account
- Provide the new account name and account number you'd like to use for payouts
- You'll need to complete an identity verification check to make sure it's you
You won't need to get your tenants to change anything. The Grove account and reference they use for payments will stay the same. No disruption. Easy.
