Grove users

If you are a current Grove user, the best and easiest way to get in touch is via the Grove Rent mobile apps.

When you are signed into your Grove account, our team will know who you are, and can get you help much faster.

Android

Using the Grove Rent for Android mobile app:

  1. From the main screen, tap the three vertical dots icon in the top right corner
  2. Tap 'Settings' from the drop down menu
  3. On the settings screen, find 'Help & Feedback' and tap 'Chat now'

You can search for a help article, or live chat with a team member from Grove.

Your support conversations are saved, so you can close the Grove app at any time. We'll also send you a push notification when a team member replies.

iOS

Using the Grove Rent for iOS mobile app:

  1. From the main screen, tap the three horizontal dots icon in the top right corner
  2. On the settings screen, find and tap 'Help & Feedback'
