In order for Grove to track and collect the rent, you will need to share your property’s unique payment details with your tenant.
Make sure your tenant uses the exact bank account and reference provided. Each property you have enabled rent tracking for, has a unique set of payment details.
How to find your unique payment details
You can find and share your unique payment details from the Grove Rent for Android or iOS app:
From the main screen, tap the property you need the payment details for
Tap 'View payment details'
You will be shown the bank account number and unique reference
Share these details with your tenant, and make sure they use them so Grove can track the rent.
